Description

4 burners (4x 7 kW ) High Efficiency & Flexibility.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels.
Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Sealed cast-iron open-fire burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner from 1.5 to 7 kW regulated by gas valve, pilot light and thermocouple safety device, easy front access for maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm (dishwasher safe).
Electric oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel resistances, placed in the vault and under the floor of the oven. Oven temperature regulation from 125°C to 300°C by a thermostat. Grill with independent regulation, fitted with safety thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
