Reversible cast iron cooking grid (meat/fish), with stainless steel anti-splash rim on 3 sides (3 mm).
AISI 304 stainless steel removable water drawer(s) on the front of the appliance.
Gas heating with stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Combustion chamber entirely in stainless steel.
Switch control, accessible from the front for easy maintenance.
