Cast iron cooking grid, dimensions 695×520 mm.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Gas heating by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame, placed under ‘special’ stainless steel caps that transmit heat by radiation. This unique construction feature ensures that the bright flame never comes into contact with the food. The flame is regulated by a gas valve.
Lower stainless steel drip tray (dual function): 1st, to collect cooking juices and reduce smoke while food is cooking, 2nd, to release steam for outstanding cooking.
The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
