Electric convection oven GN 2/3 (3 kW), 370x340xh325 mm).

Deep-drawn top.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with adjustable stainless steel feet.
Oven enclosure and double walled door are thermally insulated. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Burners with ‘high efficiency’ brass crowns, regulated by gas valve. Enamelled cast iron top grates.
Convection electric oven (GN), in stainless steel, heated by 3 circular stainless steel heating elements. ON/OFF switch, oven temperature regulated from 50°C to 300°C by thermostat, 1 grid included.
The appliance is built in compliance with all the regulations (CE) in force.
