Electric oven, (5,3 kW) dim. 560x660xh310 mm, grill.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Cast iron plates, with stainless steel sealing edge, safety device in case of overheating.
Heating power regulation by 7-position switch.
Oven chamber and double-walled (deep-drawn) door made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels.
Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
GN 2/1 electric oven, heated by stainless steel heating elements, placed in the vault and under the oven floor.
Oven temperature regulation from 125°C to 300°C, by thermostat, grill with independent regulation, equipped with safety thermostat, standard included 1 grid.
