Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron cooking grid, reversible (meat / fish), with anti-splash edge on 3 sides (3 mm) in stainless steel.
Drawer(s) for collecting cooking juices in AISI 304 stainless steel, positioned on the front of the appliance.
Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Combustion chamber and lava stone support grid, entirely in stainless steel. Flame regulation by means of a gas valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access for easy maintenance.
