Description

4 burners (4x 7kW) High Efficiency & Flexibility.
Solid top dimensions 670×585 mm (10kW).
2 gas oven (6kW), dimensions 560x660xh310 mm.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels.
Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Sealed cast-iron open-fire burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner from 1.5 to 7 kW regulated by gas valve, pilot light and thermocouple safety device, easy front access for maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm (dishwasher safe).
Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
Gas oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
