Oven enclosure and double-walled door are thermally insulated. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Cast iron baking trays, Ø 180 mm with stainless steel sealing rim. Heating power regulated by 6-position switch.
Electric convection oven (GN), in stainless steel, heated by 3 circular stainless steel heating elements. ON/OFF switch, oven temperature regulated from 50°C to 300°C by thermostat, 1 grid included.
Built to comply with all current CE standards.
