Description

6 open burners (3x 3,6 kW and 3x 5 kW).
Gas oven 5kW (dim. 530x540xh250 mm), T° 150°C to 300°C.
Neutral cupboard GN 1/1, (dim. 340x540xh390 mm).

Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door are thermally insulated. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Treated cast iron burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Liquid collection tray in enamelled steel, regulated by a gas valve. Top grates in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 340×570 mm.
Gas heating by means of stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Oven temperature regulated from 120°C to 320°C by thermostatic gas valve, standard included 1 grid.
The device is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
