Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cooking plates in cast iron with high conduction of heath, equipped with a welded peripheral border, to guarantee a perfect cover-up. Frontal catching drawer for cook fluid.
Electric heating, through stainless steel resistance, situated under the plate itself. Temperature regulation through a thermostat from 120°C to 320°C.
