Description

Version with hard chrome plate « 50 µm ».
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim to guarantee a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is located on the front panel before the device.

Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Burner flame regulation by gas thermostatic valve.
The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
