Manufactured in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304, submerged « top », thickness 15/10th with liquids catching basin,adjustable legs in stainlesssteel (150/200mm),watertight « IPX5 ».
Oven in stainless steel AISI 304, rounded angles, bottom in enamelled steel, removable plate support, double glazed, submerged door with thermal isolation (40mm), hinged oven door with spring system, grip in stainless steel.
Crowned brass burners with very high output, « Flower Flame » technology, regulation through gas tap. Upper enamelled grill, dimensions 385×285 mm.
Cooking hobin cast iron (30 mm) with removable central ring, heating through central burner. Burning room isolated with spun glass. Regulation through gas tap.
Gas oven, heating through stainless steel burners with stabilized flame.Temperature regulation through thermal tap, going from 110°C to 170°C.
