Cast iron shot plate (30 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a central burner. Insulated combustion chamber. Regulation by a gas valve.
Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, regulation from 110°C to 270°C, with 1 grid.
