Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Deep-drawn top (20/10 mm), liquid collection basin in deep-drawn, watertight AISI 304 stainless steel.
Watertight to IPX5.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Double-walled oven enclosure and door with thermal insulation, spring-hinged door, stainless steel handle.
Sealed cast-iron burners with brass crowns (very high efficiency). Burners from 1.5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW regulated by gas valve, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety device, front access for easy maintenance. Enamelled cast iron grids, 390×380 mm (dishwasher safe).
