Description

4 burners (2x 7kW and 2x 11kW) High Efficiency & Flexibility.
Oven (6kW) GN 2/1 (540x700xh300 mm).

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (20/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels.
Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Sealed cast-iron open-fire burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner from 1.5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW  regulated by gas valve, pilot light and thermocouple safety device, easy front access for maintenance.
Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 390×380 mm (dishwasher safe).
Electric oven, heating by 6 resistors in stainless steel, 3 placed in the vault and 3 under the bottom. Regulation from 125°C to 300°C, by thermostat, grill with independent regulation equipped with safety thermostat, provided with 1 grid.
