Description

Tank dim. 790x690xh200 mm, surface 50dm2.
Tilting of the tank by handwheel.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (20/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Hinged top cover with stainless steel ‘torsion spring’ for gradual opening and closing, with ergonomic stainless steel front handle.
Tilting tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel (13mm thick) with high thermal conductivity, rounded corners for easy and hygienic maintenance. 
Gas heating, using stainless steel burners with stabilised flame, regulated from 90 to 300°C (uniform temperature throughout the bottom of the tank) by a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple safety device, front accessibility allowing easy maintenance.
Safety device to interrupt operation while the tank is being raised as standard. A water tap for filling the tank is fitted to the top, and is opened by a valve on the front of the appliance.
